  3. 2-02-92  Added QBEW.ZIP to package.  See WCHS.DOC for details.

  5. 2-01-92  Minor change in WCHSD.EXE.  Was still not sending the
  6.          entire instruction message out the port on a few systems.

  8. 1-31-92  Minor revisions in DOC file and READ.ME.  No changes in
  9.          EXE files since 1-26-92.

  11. 1-26-92  Tuned up WCHSD.EXE - was not sending all of message to
  12.          some high-DTE locked ports!
